3. Pre-Job and Post-Job Inspections
For all property and vehicle services, we will carry out the following:
Property Services
- Pre-job inspection: We will perform a thorough inspection of the property to assess the work required and note any existing damage or issues before beginning work.
- Post-job inspection: Once the job is complete, a final inspection will be conducted to ensure that all work has been completed to the agreed standard.
Vehicle Services
- Pre-job inspection: For vehicles, we will conduct an initial OBD diagnostic scan and visual inspection to identify any existing issues or damages. This will help to ensure the correct handling of any pre-existing conditions and prevent misdiagnosis of issues during the service.
- Post-job inspection: After completing the work, we will conduct a post-job OBD diagnostic scan to verify the vehicle’s condition, confirm that all issues have been addressed, and ensure the service was carried out correctly.
4. Bookings & Deposits
- All services require a deposit to secure your booking.
- The deposit amount will vary depending on the service and will be communicated before confirmation.
- Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise under exceptional circumstances.
5. Guarantees & Warranties
- All our services are covered by a 1-year workmanship guarantee from the date of completion.
- Any parts used during service are subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty and return policy.
- We are not responsible for defects or faults in supplied parts where the issue lies with the supplier.
- Refunds for parts will follow the supplier’s warranty and refund policy. Any defective parts will be handled in accordance with the supplier’s terms, and any refunds or replacements for parts will be managed through the supplier directly.
6. Payments
AXPV Services Limited accepts the following payment methods:

- Credit and Debit Cards
- Bank Transfer
Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A deposit is required to confirm bookings, and the balance is due upon completion of the service.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Failure to do so may result in the loss of the deposit or additional charges.
- Refunds (where applicable) are processed at our discretion and may take up to 14 business days.
8. Liability
- We take all reasonable care in providing our services.
- However, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss or damage to property or vehicle unless due to negligence.
- Clients are responsible for disclosing any known faults, modifications, or sensitive components that could affect the service.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the vehicle/property is accessible and ready for service at the agreed time.
- Remove any personal items or valuables from the work area.
- Provide accurate information regarding the condition and history of the property/vehicle.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Force Majeure (Unexpected Events)
- AXPV Services Limited shall not be held responsible for any delays or failure to perform the services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, accidents, or any other force majeure event.
- In such cases, we will notify you of the delay and make reasonable efforts to reschedule or continue services at the earliest possible time.
13. Subcontracting
- We reserve the right to subcontract any services to qualified third parties, but we ensure that all subcontractors will adhere to our quality standards and business practices.
- Clients will be notified in advance if any work will be subcontracted.
14. Intellectual Property
- Any designs, reports, or intellectual property generated during the performance of services (e.g., custom vehicle modifications or property design work) remains the property of AXPV Services Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The client has no rights to use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property created during the service without prior written permission.
15. Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect and process personal data only as necessary to provide our services and to comply with legal obligations.
- Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or to fulfill the service requested.
- Clients have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us directly.
16. No Liability for Client-Supplied Materials
- If clients provide materials or parts (such as vehicle components or construction materials), we are not liable for any defects or failures related to those items.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that supplied materials are of appropriate quality, standard, and condition for the work to be performed.
17. Indemnity
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold AXPV Services Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client’s actions or misuse of the services provided.
- This includes situations where the client has provided incorrect or misleading information regarding the property or vehicle.
18. Health & Safety
- We comply with all applicable health and safety regulations in the provision of our services.
- Clients must ensure a safe working environment for our employees or subcontractors to perform the work effectively.
- Clients are responsible for addressing any hazardous materials or unsafe conditions that may exist before the work commences.
19. Customer's Right to Cancel
- In accordance with consumer protection laws, clients have the right to cancel services within 14 days of signing a contract or confirming a booking, except where the work has already commenced with the client’s consent.
- Cancellation must be made in writing, and refunds will be processed according to the terms above.
